About Patty Groves

Described as a naturally empathic person, Patty has an amazing knack for drawing people out of themselves, helping them see themselves as others see them and, more importantly, to see themselves as they truly are. Patty's approach to counseling is to be open and respectful of her clients, regardless of the nature of their problems. She feels she is especially effective working with adults and couples.

Patty graduated from Antioch University with a Master of Arts in Psychology in 1995 and soon established a private counseling practice in Issaquah. Patty and her husband Jim have been together since 1975 and are the parents of two grown children.
